- The reason for which the Government of Canada (www.travel.gc.ca) issues a travel advisory to avoid all non-essential travel (Level 3) or to avoid all travel (Level 4) to a coun¬try, region or city, if the travel advisory is in effect on your departure date. (…) It is your responsibility to verify the status of your destinations.
